      Pros

      Nothing. Someone will get hurt badly one day because of how management operates this place.

      Cons

      Unsafe, toxic culture, extremely micromanaging, old facility, broken equipment. "Make it happen" mentality without the right direction or resources. management are always on their phones. Human resources is never available and if any issues occur, their answer is "your job is at will". Short breaks.

      Consistent pay, consistent work, overtime is available

      Cons

      The only way management shows appreciation is a paycheck, no other benefits or words of encouragement. Not a lot of room to move up, and a lot of drama between the different departments and different shifts.
