      Overtime They have a dog in the office You plan your own work schedule

      Cons

      50+ hour weeks Constant degradation and condensation Primary Owner is frequently screaming at/blaming employees whenever something doesn’t work in his favor Too little pay Only only the office manager and install scheduler know what they’re doing You’re expected to have “loyalty” when they don’t provide the same treatment even though they “do so much for you” No promotion opportunities and no guarantee for a raise

      The work is very interesting and easy to learn

      President has an attitude problem and didn't mind yelling or disrespecting his employees as if they were his kids. As for personal, the women are nosey and into everyone's business.
