Pros

9 to 5 Monday thru Friday. Very little overtime. Some people a nice and helpful. Will give you time off if needed.

Cons

No raises. what you start at you stay at. You get sent home when it's slow and other people are getting overtime, because they are favorites. They lay people off with more then 10 years with the company and hire temps that need to be trained to do your job.

Great team, self and group accomplishments!

Pros

Come to work to find your team members work together like family. Ability to grow and move from departments. Opportunities for great new experiences and self accomplishments.

Cons

Few poor attitude people at work trying to bring others down. No a.c. in the main part of the building. The smell of dow can gets nauseating some days.

If you are looking for a long term job don't work at Ace

Pros

They offer overtime during the busy season. The owner there will help anyone out if its real busy to make sure everything gets done.

Cons

They lay employees off all the time for no reason what so ever. They hire employees for busy seasons and then when its slow they lay you off. If you are looking for a long term job I would not recommend working here. If you are looking to move up in the company this job is not for you.
