      Remote work is nice, but leadership is lacking

      Pros

      They don't micromanage. Good amount of PTO. Remote work is nice.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership and morale is low. Workload is intolerable, they don't replace employee, they just add workload to other employees when someone leaves.
