I’ve genuinely had a great experience working here. It’s a private, family-owned company, and that really shows in how employees are treated day to day. The manufacturing facility itself is state-of-the-art, which makes a big difference in how efficiently and effectively we can do our jobs. The work is also genuinely interesting—we’re involved in medical device manufacturing that helps create products designed to improve people’s lives. It adds a strong sense of purpose, knowing the work we do is important and ultimately helps patients. Overall, it’s a positive place to work where you feel valued, not just as an employee, but as a person. That kind of environment can be hard to find, and it’s a big reason why I enjoy coming to work each day.
