Pros
benefits are fairly reasonable compensation is pretty good
Cons
quotas are not achievable, not sure how they were determined because the demand generated doesn't justify the pipeline required to achieve the quota. Typically its a 4:1 ratio but the it appears to sit around 1:1 at the moment. Objectively people are seemingly nice and pleasant but i believe its called "toxic positivity" where its mostly superficial and people are afraid to be honest about their feelings because we sell employee recognition which requires us to "act what we sell", looks as if the niceness is a tad forced depending on who you report to, my direct report had a more macro perspective and was not able to see things from a more executional approach, strategy always sounds great until you try to execute it. Its hard to tell whose fault it is because everything else is not working
