      Great product and team environment. Colleague are very helpful.

      Changes with Oracle seem to be changing things. Hard to get request to be fulfil in very short time.

      Don't have to work too hard, free beer, time to go to the gym, lunch club, lots of social events.

      Cons

      Lots of incidents, security doesn't exist, no iris protection on the platform, poor security. Poor integrity.

      Flexible timings(if your manager likes you), not much work pressure

      Cons

      Bad hiring firing policy. They tend to hire permanent employees for temporary job. Once the requirement is over, fire people. Chances are that you get fired if you have raised a complaint. Extremely bad management.
