The company seemed to always loose focus. We would start a product repeat it and would dump it if not immediately profitable. Even when consumers and customers demanded the product. In most cases you would step back and make assessment. As to how to support a product or revise it to meet customer demand as well as how to make it profitable but in this case product success was based solely on profitability upon launch not based of customer acceptance and want of a product.
