Gave me work and always covered absentee employees, as they had next to none experience.

Cons

Intimidation, NO THANKS! Recruiters were always talking "down" to YOU. They prefer robots for employees! A waste of time, if you are seeking a professional career.

The company has properties all over California, so it can be easy to transfer or move properties if you dont like your current one.

Cons

Human Resources is very distant from most of its employees, as well as Corporate. They do not have a full picture at what is really going on in any of their properties.
