Pros

Friendly work culture Flat structure Office crèche for mothers with babies (4months to 18months old) Staff professional development Health insurance Paid Travel (depends on role ) Fun yearly retreat

Cons

If you don’t like travelling you may struggle because if you are in the programs department you’ll need to travel. It’s fun for most people but some don’t like the frequency. Compared to other international NGOs,they are not the highest paying,it could be better Work life balance is flood but depends on the line manager, some tasks are fast paced.
