      Great benefits but horrible company to work for

      Pros

      -Benefits package is pretty great -Some of the people that you meet there -Learn about Japanese culture and language -Trips we used to take as a company (whenever CEO feels like it)

      Cons

      -They belittle you and do not acknowledge the hard work that you do -Supervisors are valued but everyone else is at the bottom of the work chain -Overworked and underpaid -Does not understand ethics in terms of their HR department or work culture -Poor business decisions causes company not to thrive

      Insurance benefits are outstanding, but the pay is low bonus payout. Not even close to industry standards.

      Cons

      Lack cultural sensitivity, constant yelling by management, people crying daily, unprofessional.
