      Friendly colleague Playing multiple roles at work because co-workers keep quitting

      Cons

      Super micromanagement Low Salary No Work Life Balance Encourage employee to OT but only pay for meal allowance($10) + grab transport fees to go home Little salary increment , not even beat Inflation. Will bind you with 2 years contract to avoid employee resignation , if you break contract,you will need to pay for two months compensation to them

      If you are up for a challenge, this is the place to learn and practice many things.

      Cons

      Tasks are overwhelming and one needs to be self motivated to survive. Software are too niche to be of use elsewhere. Prone to being micromanaged and miscommunication.
