Pros
Depending on your manager your day to day might be enjoyable. I was in Sales and I loved the work.
Cons
Too many. Absolutely not bothered to support the international team. Very stingy with replacing faulty electronics. When computer is faulty, they replaced it with an older refurbished model with less ram. Locked out of company network and it tool forever for IT to give a new password. Complex commission system. Need to closely monitor your metrics and how much you are owed. If not, you might not receive the full amount. Even then, may not get what you are owed because you signed some terms and conditions. Not employee oriented so very few employee benefits. There was a Women's initiative lead by the CAO but when the women from the international team wanted to join this initiative, they were not acknowledged.
