Had some really bright, hard-working, creative people that were fun to work with.

Cons

Way below average benefits. (no matching on the 401(k) New management did no homework. Only talked to previous (incompetent) management, and let half the workforce go based on this misinformation. While several of the people they kept are very talented, way too many incompetent suck-ups were kept, in favor of many hard working talented people that they let go.

Very poorly managed to the point there was no unified direction. Lost valuable people over time with no incentives to bring talented people in.
