      Great products and fantastic people below the Senior management level

      Cons

      Took Camcar,Ring Screw, and Elco and tried to make them all the same. Like taking an orange,apple and banana, miking them and being surprised they got a lemon

      Short termism for quick financial gains - strategy and customer are second Micro-managing to forecasts Brutal attitude to customers for short term gains Destroyed what was a good company and much of the employee goodwill it had

      Working for a company owned by a private equity company is not good for your health

      Decent pay and benefits, generally the worker bees are good people

      Cons

      Extremely inept management, will work you to death, only top few will benefit, extemely results driven to the extent that long term issues will occur due to shortsightedness. There is no effective leader at the top and he does not lead by example, he leads by intimidation.
