      Strong market leader but feels disjointed at times

      Pros

      You work for a sports goods company that dominates it's market with a quality product. They also have excellent on-site services for associates in the health and wellness areas. 401K match is excellent.

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the different business units it tends to feel disjointed. HR seems to exist simply for change and nothing else.
