      No way you will ever make money

      Pros

      Work from home and autonomy about the only qualities that are redeeming. Non capped commission is good.

      Cons

      Commission only job and most of the big accounts are taken by employees that have been there for an extend period of time.

      Hello, We take pride in our new compensation structure that allows our BDA's to make as much money as possible. We do not cap commissions and they are residual as long as payment is being collected. We have a lot of employees who make 6 figures.       Pros

      Positive work environment. Management cares and are there to assist you. You can work from home. Ad Pages has the largest distribution in the DFW area.

      Cons

      This is a straight commission sales job paid out on only what you collect from the client. This can pose as a major anxiety factor.

      Pros

      The ability to work remotely. Hard work is rewarded. Excellent Management. Many incentives, including vacations, bonus incentives and more!

      Cons

      Personally, I don't like the mandatory monthly ride alongs. I feel like I produce the expected results, and do very well with being motivated to exceed expectations.
