Leadership needs to retire

Recommend
CEO approval
Business outlook

Pros

The people in the field are great people and do fantastic work.

Cons

The leadership is old, misogynistic, and plays favorites. They need to retire and leave the company. They are holding good people back and forcing good people to leave. EMS is no longer just for white males. Get rid of the old boys club and join the rest of us in 2025.
