      - HR works hard to make the culture fun - Client engagement is readily available for many teams - Free food - Decent work/life balance

      - Management mocks people who leave - Inability to launch products - Promotions based on campaigning - not merit - High turnover - Company values are not even held by senior management - Sexism and inappropriate comments made by management

      Pros

      Adap.tv had a very competent group of engineers. Working with bright people is a reward in and of itself. They are well funded.

      Cons

      The managerial team has wasted an early lead in the space, squandering opportunity after opportunity with monthly strategic changes. If you stay long enough, you will see the great cycle of strategies. The culture of misinformation upper management fosters is intense and pervasive.
