Pros

being near Target store is a plus, that's it because you will need to use their bathrooms. They are much more sanitary.

Cons

This so called "company" is a horrible place to work. The building and work environment are disgustingly filthy, everyone is always sick. The noise volume will give you a constant headache. Job functions change on a daily basis, with management yelling how many calls are in the queue, even if they see you are on the phone. Most if not all the jobs are being outsourced to the Philippines, who only create more chaos. Benefits are terrible, no chance for advancement or even lateral movement. You will be a perfect fit if you like being treated like a first grader! This company is doomed to fail at the rate it's going. Save yourself the time too even drive for an interview.

Pros

The only possible pro, you make friends! Maybe, if they aren't best friends with management and want you fired.

Cons

I'll be honest, I was with this company for 3 years. During my time I had to transfer departments due to the worst type of harassment imaginable. One manager stated he specifically hired women he knew from tinder, another was related to the owner and did absolutely nothing, actually most if not all of management was related to the owner. The amount of drama, hatred, and disrespect that comes from this company is unreal. The HR team rotates through HR leads like it's nothing, and most of the people working in HR don't know what they're doing. The benefits you receive, you'll never see. Mostly because the medical benefits have such a high deductible and won't refill prescriptions after you refill 3 times. I wish I was joking. They also do not pay fairly at all. Everyone in our department all made a different amount. While you're not supposed to talk about how much you make at all, we couldn't help but compare since we weren't getting the raises we were promised at all. The one pro you could possibly think of would be paid lunches right? Welp, don't get your hopes up because half the time, if you're in the least liked department you'll never see the paid lunches until everyone else has eaten it. The worst part is, the billing department was laid off. When we all had to come here to look for new jobs they decided to post they were hiring billing reps to take our place instead of training us on how to correct mistakes. There is zero job security. The fact that every Friday would be ominously known as "Firing Friday's" and would have you sit on the edge of your seat wondering if you'd be able to pay rent for the month was enough for most people to get out fast. The management is quick to pick favorites, particularly people they happened to be able to get hired.

Pros

None that I can think of besides flexible hours just like any sales rep position.

Cons

THESE PEOPLE DO NOT VALUE THEIR EMPLOYEES! First off, they reel you in with this picture you are going to make 6 figures first year... completely unrealistic. Base salary was 35K. Even with commission and quarterly bonuses, doesn’t even come close. Oh and I forgot to mention they don’t pay they reps on commissionable orders because “they don’t have a report” even thought it was on my letter. Management changes. 2 DOS in less than 1 year. This company likes to buy out small underperforming companies then try to merge them without any plan in place, leaving the reps to clean up the reputation. Operations and CSR is a complete joke, you have to work each and ever order Unless you want it to fall through the cracks and make your referral upset and lose business. High turn over rate for reps. Management is always negative even from upper management. Terrible culture, if you have an issue they make it seem as if you address it, it’s bad on your part, moral is always low, culture is bad. Do not waste your time with this company. I’m giving you a heads up......
