      Kind of 5 days working. Everything else is just an eyewash.

      1. Arrogant, founder who keeps bragging about his achievements in life 2. Lot of rework 3. No respect for employees hard work 4. Appreciates only who praise the founder 5. No constructive feedback for people skills improvement or development. 6. No work life balance 7. Bad pay I can go on and on
