Thank you for the feedback. The Employee survey that we conduct each year, shows indeed that team members enjoy the open culture within Additive Industries where any topic can be addressed and that there is an opportunity to learn. Our Senior Team Members very much like to share their knowledge and let others grow. Furthermore, the results show that our social events are very much appreciated as well. It is important that when we work hard, we play hard as well.
During our performance cycle our team members receive compliments and appreciation for their strengths. Also their ambition and growth opportunities will be discussed together with the Team Manager. When personal growth takes place and when responsibilities grow, salaries will be adjusted accordingly. Making sure we provide team members a fair salary that is in line with market practice (benchmark has been executed) and there is internal equity.
