Pros

I wish I had anything good to say. Maybe the salary is fair for the current Austin market.

Cons

Adia is the typical startup that gets a good break somewhere else and feels they can succeed in other places. This company is managed by a highly insensitive person that has no idea about treating people with respect and has to resort to others to do the dirty work for him. If you are looking for work/life balance, if you are a parent or someone that desires to have a fulfilling life outside of work, this is not the place for you. Several managers have an intense schedule and expect everyone else to follow. The turnover is the norm as they fire people for no reason and without any warnings. Adia's product is subpar and it is completely managed by a company in India that has no idea about the US market or its users. The uncertainty is an ongoing talk among employees. Usually, you want to see the brighter side of things but with Adia is hard to pinpoint anything positive. When I joined I was very excited to be a part of the team and on day one I realized I had made a mistake of leaving my previous job. This job is perfect for anyone who is single, has no kids/family/significant other, is a workaholic, enjoys working under pressure and has no passion for anything else in life.
