Pros

Great work environment. Most of the co-workers are friendly and fun to work with. Management is very hands on. You'll get live help on calls to assist with closing deals. I like that structure for the pay. 50% commission . Very lucrative, once you get good at the sale.

Cons

Lot of calls, but the sale is rewarding.

Pros

Nice office with kind coworkers and a decent hourly pay.

Cons

The work is mentally draining. You are cold calling over 300 people a day who get similar calls 20 times a day. 1 person of each new hire class might make it to the 6 month mark. There’s no room for advancement. It feels like working in a frat house a lot of times. Some workers will literally just start doing push up randomly in the middle of the day and start banging a desk/gong whenever they make a sale. You will be micromanaged.
