      Generally an okay company to work in

      Pros

      Great team. Very clear guidelines on the work processes. Work-life balance, able to work remotely.

      Cons

      Processes when leaving the role was messy (eg. notice period was unclear) as hr did not response to enquiries. There were forced redundancy due to covid.

      Amazing product, great company overall but can be improved

      Pros

      Products are amazing and the innovative nature of the teams mean that the company is never stagnating. Teams are very bonded and the company overall has a great culture during work and post-work. Career progression is encouraged and mentoring is actively provided. Incompetency and stupidity is not tolerated which means only quality people form the base of this company. Management takes concerns and feedback of junior employees seriously and takes actions.

      Cons

      Same problem as every other company - teams are protective and defensive of what they do. Time differences across different offices can mean that sometimes support is lacking for satellite offices (the company is actively seeking to rectify that).
