Adlumin is very chaotic and they seem to be trying to figure it out on the fly. Pay is well below market and don't come in here thinking you'll make any money in commission. The product is clunky and has tons of issues and their solution to this is to throw more internal meetings. Adlumin is the most meeting happy company I have worked for in over 20 years. They have meetings to talk about the meeting and it's incredibly time-consuming. If you desperately need a job, it's a paycheck, albeit a very light one. If you have options, my suggestion is to avoid Adlumin at all costs.
