1. Unethical and unprofessional management practices Management is not at all feeling ashamed in reversing the rules to those who is in favor for them till any extend. 2. No Job Security Unless you blindly obey with their objectives, you will become fired without any prior notice. 3. You wont get a respectful and proper clearance when you resign. 4.
