Long Notice Period The company requires a 3-month notice period, which can be quite lengthy for employees looking to move on. Micromanagement Management closely monitors employees' work and break times, including taking screenshots from their monitors. Toxic Work Culture There is a negative workplace environment. Job Security If the company feels a person is no longer needed, they may terminate them without providing proper reasons or notice period. Misinformation from HR The HR manager may provide inaccurate or misleading information to employees and may not advocate for employees' needs to senior management. Ineffective Management Management practices are not effective. Strict Arrival Time Employees must adhere strictly to a 9 a.m. arrival time. If an employee arrives after 9 a.m., half-day salary will be deducted. Employees are allowed to be late for up to 60 minutes per month. Seniority Bias in Decision Making The chairman primarily values the opinions of senior staff, hindering opportunities for new team members to contribute and grow. Sometimes, the chairman may misunderstand certain aspects. Non-Ethical Company Practices The company exhibits numerous non-ethical practices. There are numerous cons in this company. This review only highlights the basic issues. Main issues cannot be disclosed publicly.

- The developer team was amicable to work with

Cons

- The other reviews which you can see on glassdoor and google are fake - Never ever take a chance to join this company - Management and project managers are horrible - They will micromanage every employee - Overtime work (most days) - Low salary and hike - No appraisal - Termination without proper reason - They will not provide experience letter for resigned employees - They will torture your life - They will not allow taking leaves - Many female staffs had bad experience from management

The points you’ve raised - management approach, overtime, pay progression, appraisal clarity, leave/exit documentation, and respectful treatment - are serious and not the standard we expect. For clarity: third-party reviews aren’t controlled by us; they’re governed by platform policies. Internally, we’ve reinforced documented appraisal/compensation cycles, standardized exit/relieving steps, and manager training around workload planning and respectful workplaces. We’ll keep holding ourselves to a higher bar.

1. Unethical and unprofessional management practices Management is not at all feeling ashamed in reversing the rules to those who is in favor for them till any extend. 2. No Job Security Unless you blindly obey with their objectives, you will become fired without any prior notice. 3. You wont get a respectful and proper clearance when you resign. 4. HR is the most disrespectful and worst managerial staff among the management who does not even care about their roles and procedures. 5. Overtime won't be paid enough. 6. Does not following the industrial standards. 7. No employee values 8. If we try to post an actual experience from the ex-employees, and if it is negative then they always removing the particular comments from the google review. And it is not a healthy practice to hide the actual response and post polished and make - believing reviews from their side to mislead the candidates.
