Used to be an okay place to work, pre mid 2019. Even then though it was questionable.

Cons

Micro-management Incredibly anxiety-inducing environment Rife with bullying Terrible salaries Constant problems arise with no one being bothered to solve them Asked to do questionable things by management Child-like arguments between staff No clear structure Ridiculously high staff turnover Massive lack of communication from management to staff You're made to feel entirely replaceable which makes it easy to leave Barely anyone left working there, really small team now

Met some great people initially. Office in a cool location.

Cons

Junior staff are renumerated quite badly, by industry standards, despite it being a recruitment agency you would think they would treat employees more fairly. It's a competitive work environment and felt like I had to watch my back all the time. There were high staff turnovers. Even in such a small-sized company, the workplace can get quite political. Sometimes the advice given from senior management was demoralising. Not very good at listening to employees feedback.

Learned a significant amount about the industry and how NOT to treat employees.

Cons

Do not join this agency, it is a shadow of its former self resting on its brand reputation. It will have adverse effects on your physical and mental health. Continuous promotion of one of the worst workplace bullies I have ever met in my career, all HR reporting ignored. Management pretends to be “shocked” every time there is a complaint. Run, run far away.
