People are friendly and easy to work with. The benefits are good.
Cons
Upper management is based on favoritism. Whoever is the CEO's pet will gain a good future but if not, you will find yourself in a limbo.

Great co-workers. Facility and parking are spacious.
Cons
Management are disrespectful and unreasonably demanding. CEO has no clue for the company future, only taking care of himself. Turnover rate is extremely high, company outlook is poor. Awful communication all across the board. Micromanaging occurs at every task. Upward mobility is next to impossible.
