      You get to work from home and the pay is okay.

      Cons

      The company does not work as a team and will just let you go when they are changing things up without giving you a second look. Also they do not give you any sick days just PTO for it all.

      Paycheck every week and benefits.

      Cons

      Company is a waste of time. Promises made and promises not kept. Management is getting desperate to keep numbers up, not promoting and keeping the lowest paid and undertrained. Another company dump after Helios Service Partners took over.
