The people aside from the owner are great to work with & no one shares job orders.
Cons
They stress the importance of phone time so people are milking calls to ensure they r hitting the required phone time which is high considering we are cold calling. Commission is always paid in portions typically spanning over a month despite quarterly commission payouts so if you make a placement you wont see anything from it for a long time…
