      Trying hard to think of one..

      Cons

      Like someone mentioned in 2017; they woud promise, mislead, may even lie.. People put in power are mainly because they are good polisher. I disagree there is learning opportunities if you are a season candidate, they are learning from you instead. This company has extremely high turn over rate be it layoff or voluntary. . The team competency is very low.. Avoid joining will be wise.
