No Raises! You get more and more random things added or taken away from your responsibility list. This company does not conform to typical modern business practices because their purchasing people are not able to understand software. This lack of tracking software reduces you to use your own system of tracking (likely just Excel). On top of this, the PMs will not be forced to sign any documentation and nobody will back you administratively to enforce anything that implies accountability. Top down, nobody really seems to care about anything as long as the job seemed like it got done . There is no communication between important departments and there is a constant undermining of everyone's role by someone else who thinks they can do better than you. The owners will talk up their money at interviews, agree to a price you ask for , then offer you a lower amount when you go to do paperwork. This didn't only happen to me. They will put a cap on your pay and never give you a raise without telling you and then they will make up some reason for not doing promotions or raises. Then they will follow up a month later with a whole company email telling about someone's internal promotion while your 2 year old review is "sitting on a desk waiting". You will be waiting a long time since the person in charge of your review is never there. (President) Nothing is permanent and they will randomly decide to change all sorts of random things without completely following through on any of it It's just chaos of a bunch of people who don't really know what they are doing.
