No positve communication with employees, you can't do anything right, no raise after being employeed over a year. It's a who you know company in order to grow in the company. No proper trainning. Very devided company.
There's always work to be done - if you want to schedule an overtime shift, they are usually fairly understanding. But that also depends on your position. As an LCMS operator, we were all usually working the most and would be in there to some pretty late hours. If you're on-call, then you check all the machines daily once you're home and on the weekend.
Cons
Insane hours. Make you work on Sundays. Management doesn't care about "you" but cares a lot more about making money. But that's pretty normal.
