Pros
For the most part they dont micro manage your work. Easily get along with coworkers.
Cons
10 hour days For mobile techs there is no gas card so you need to go in and beg for money or use the credit card that works half the time. If you need parts, screws, wire nuts etc. you have to pay out of pocket then get reimbursed. Dispatch knows how to take the calls but has no clue how to properly assign them. Example you dont send someone 2 hours away one way from the shop at the end of a day on a Friday. The pay could be better. There are no benefits outside of health insurance The set the bar too low as far as sales go. They are content going after the cheapest jobs in the worst neighborhoods but I guess that stems from the retail locksmith side of things. The estimators are tech savvy so technicians have to go do estimates and provide pricing for the estimators. They really arent estimators more like typist who send out quotes. No training is provided for green techs or senior techs who want to expand there skills.
