      Bad culture, no work life balance. Leadership by fear ( among directors).

      Pros

      Good to start a career, but don't stay too long.

      Cons

      Bad culture - no work life balance. Low salary. Mediocre Directors/management. Too many waste time due to meetings (too much!). Less technical job. No better system for performance review. Too much politics!

      Pros

      Decent salary and good industry exposure for new graduates.

      Cons

      Company is not supportive in helping employees to grow in their career. Gets pretty stagnant after a while. Limited opportunities to learn new systems/methods. Blaming game happened in the workplace which creates a hostile work environment and hampers productivity and collaboration.
