Best reasons to work at ASTi: 1. Ownership group believes a healthy work/life balance is necessary to keep employees happy. Employees are encouraged to use all their ample vacation days in the calendar year. 2. The set of benefits offered by ASTi is great. Vacation, flexible hours, retirement account, medical insurance, and a lot of perks. 3. Ethics in business above all 4. Empower employees to help drive research, technology, and business decisions
Cons
1. Employees are expected to manage themselves and their tasks, and deliver on time without direct supervision. This is hard to get used to; some people can't do it. 2. High expectations of each other. People are sometimes afraid to ask for help, and they fail in silence.
