When going to Japan, they will process everything.

When going to Japan, they will process everything. When they process everything, you become dependent to them, and it will be hard to transfer to another company because you are so used to being taken care of. They promised a free housing but turns out this is not free because If you look at the payslip, they are subtracting around 60-70K. The house may cost less 70K but they will charge you anyway. I thought it is free housing?????
