Pros

They provide good work, life balance with flexibility lots of internal training tools. I’m working with a good team of people.

Cons

Because they are private equity back and constantly acquiring new companies, they do have lots of re-organizational structure each year and lots of changes happen so if you’re not able to adapt and roll with the punches, it can be difficult

Tampa employees must go into office, a failed initiative from former CEO. Former CEO also criticized others publicly in group meetings. Management takes an accusatory position and HR is NOT on the employees side.

Caring staff overshadowed by leadership's profit focus

Most of the staff below the first level of leadership deeply care about client and implementation success, and will work to provide for fellow employees in difficult situations. Unlimited PTO was available at the time of my employment there.

Cons

Typical corporation that focuses on acquisitions and profit over client success. Leadership and above made success very difficult, pointing blame at PMs and implementation teams, and focused on discussing the issues rather than providing assistance first before investigating how problems may have occurred. Recent reorganization has further decreased the number of resources to provide for clients.
