Casual Environment, some job security when repeat customer has work.
Cons
Leadership does not understand business development - workload swings are common. Leadership refuses to provide training, tools, etc. to allow employees to succeed.

Pros
Advatech is small and with that offers you a chance to dip your feet in a lot of different tasks. The team is welcoming and relaxed. Senior engineers are top notch and know their business well.
Cons
Management is been around since the start, so there is virtually no vertical growth potential. The owner and management seem to be comfortable, so there doesn’t seem to be any insensitive to grow as an organization
