There are no pros for working here. I would not recommend it to anyone that I know. They do have a great product.
Cons
There is very poor communication, the salaries are low, and raises do not happen. There is a culture of micro management and input from employees is not considered.
- Salary is below or at industry bottom
- No growth opportunities
- The work is boring and the environment lacks any creativity
- No Cost of Living Raises
- Weak benefits (vacation & 401k matching)
