      Poor management, confusing priority and long working hours for me I don't think we ever make what we say we make to our customer as always move onto the next thing

      A real sense of camaraderie amongst those not in management.

      Cons

      I found it to be an unpleasant culture of stress and blame. For a start up, it's very hierarchical and slow moving. Disappointed by my experience here as there was just firefighting all the time and no time to grow or develop yourself. I was saddened by how overworked everyone seemed to be and the general demotivation of most people here.
