      Benefits are horrible. Zero incentives and haven’t gotten a raise in over 4 years.

      Pros

      Will take on students straight from technical school, Like to hire women, Can talk with owner/all management directly, Decent pay provided you negotiate well.

      Cons

      Management wasn't clear when it came to suspensions, A little bias (preference) for hiring women more, but that's most of STEM fields right now, Has bias toward less socially adept people or anyone showing mental development issues, Willing to fire within first week.
