1. Cannot take our mobile into campus but Scientist can take anything inside, we are treated as if we are some bad influence, check post at every doorstep to ensure we havent bought any electrical materials. 2.Scientist thinks we are their servant, dont treat us in good way. Inspite of clearing gate and having technical degree we are always seen down upon 3.Worst management as they think they have done a favour to us by giving the job and never talk properly. Worst management even tweeted about this to Ministry Of defence about it but no action taken.
