      Good staff benefits, especially medical coverage. Friendly and supportive colleagues, with a generally positive working environment. Work is relatively less stressful compared to many other banks.

      Cons

      Many internal processes are still highly manual, which can slow down operations and affect overall efficiency. Product offerings are not as competitive as those of some larger banks in the market. Decision-making and approval processes can be lengthy and involve multiple layers, making it difficult to respond quickly to business opportunities. The criteria for customers to qualify for banking facilities can also be quite stringent.
