      A very good benefit package

      Cons

      High pressure for sales. Unrealistic sale targets . Not compensated for overtime. Lack of management skills and professionalism. Unfair to employees.

      If I start writing about the pros for Affinity CU, it never ends. I love working here. The organization treats you as a valued person not just an employee. Work environment is awesome. Pay is well and job duties are match with your role and income! So happy for joining this great organization in 2019
