      Small company wants to pretend they are fortune 500 company

      Pros

      No more pros. Used to be a good culture and great place to work.

      Cons

      CEO and Chief Human Resource Officer are pathological liars and take no accountability for their decisions and actions. The new CEO is placing blame on previous leadership, but he was a part of that leadership as the COO. The CEO have no vision or direction on where to take the business.

      Used to be a great ESOP company with decent pay and benefits

      Current HR director and new CEO drove this place into the ground- closed a branch and laid off 1/2 the workers because those 2 have no idea how to run a company
