Pros

Was a great pool of employees, smart, dedicated,and energetic. with knowledgeable engineering teams in United States and Australia . Good benefits.

Cons

New management wants to show immediate increased value to the shareholders and they found the easiest way to do so by reducing workforce. As the result along with laid off people quite a few key SW developers left on their own, decided not wait. Communication between management and employees is nonexistent.

Cons

Merger has management running for self survival No communication other than the "high level global view" Benefits being reduced Plans seem to be loaded with changes not directed to fixing problems, but putting new management's stamp on company New CEO on his own trip
