      Poor training-They throw you on the phone after 1 day of training

      Pros

      Work from home, hourly plus commission, work what hours you want.

      Cons

      The training wasn't that great. They should have several recorded training calls of various successful agents. Also you have to chase down business owners and it's to much follow up & no control since it's over the phone.

      Pros

      I have never worked with a company that is so transparent. I'm given everything I need to succeed weather it be through written material or management that is always quick to reply. I am a former I.T. professional who took a chance moving to sales and I couldn't have chosen a better place to make that transition and I'm not turning back after such a great experience. After only 3 months with the company they hired my brother who shares the same views of the company that I do. If you've been contacted by Agent1099 in regards to a position, don't miss out on the opportunity to work with an amazing company.
