They pay an hourly rate which is consistent with similar companies and you also make commission. It’s very easy to make good money here if you work for it!
AP has changed over the years but it still has a core culture which helps everyone feel included.
Management (including corporate level management) are open to feedback and provide solutions accordingly.
Cons
Slow technology.
Low organic/foot traffic so you have to really work to find your clients.
Lots of downtime which can be bad if you’re not a proactive sales associate.
Difficult/limited parking.
